Vintage Japanese Travel Postcard - Kyoto
RARE & HARD TO FIND
Beautiful retro travel postcards from the early Showa Era.
This is a set of 8 vintage postcards inside a colorfully illustrated envelope wrapper. Beautiful color illustrations really bring out the design from that era. Also, the postcards really tell the story of how the area of Kyoto used to look like years ago. Each postcard comes with a little blurb of the place in Kyoto-style Japanese. Also judging from how Kyoto is spelled from the right to left and the use of the black and white photography, this set is a much older travel postcard collection than the other two listed. Perfect for vintage postcard collectors or for someone who has fond memories of visiting Kyoto, Japan. The envelope would also make a great art piece framed.
