This is a vintage promo plastic ruler with decimal equivalents chart on the back for Electrical Speciality Co. Established in 1912.

Own one and use it as a ruler, bookmark, or tape it next to the computer monitor (if you're a print/packaging designer) to easily cross reference the decimal conversion (on the back) like we do which comes in very handy :-)
