This military actioner is the pilot for a television series that chronicled the exploits of a group of specially trained Navy F-14 fighter pilots who live aboard a gigantic aircraft carrier and struggle daily to keep the world safe for democracy. The story centers on the pilots' fight to contain a devastating virus. This Z-Grade gem features some top talent including RICHARD JAECKEL as Master Chief Sam Rivers and ALEX HYDE-WHITE as Lt. Dave Rawley as well as some spectacular flying and carrier footage, but it fails miserably as a TOP GUN wannabe.
