This is an oddball post-nuke flick. Women rule what's left of the world, and it's populated with giant mutant humanoid frogs who have started their own communities. Fertile human males have become one of the rarest things on Earth. This super low-budget sci-fi cult adventure gem chronicles the exploits of one of those men, the wandering loner Sam Hell (as played by former wrestler ROWDY RODDY PIPER). The tale begins as Hell is caught and tried for raping a woman. Realizing that he is fertile, Medtech, the organization devoted to repopulating the world, takes him and forces him to wear a high-tech male chastity belt designed to control his lusty tendencies (essentially a bomb attached to his private parts) and to keep him from squandering his seed on infertile ladies. The organization then forces him to go deep into froggy territory along with Spangle (SANDAHL BERGMAN) and CENTINELLA (CEC VERRELL) to bring back the fertile women stolen by the amphibian's leader. Ridiculous throughout, interspersed with various 80s-styled scantily clad bimbos, and frankly, some pretty cool looking frog costumes. Filmed at Indian Dunes, CA, a former motocross park in Southern California, that was utilized as a location by the popular TV shows THE DUKES OF HAZZARD and CHiPs and other productions from the late 70s. A Z-Grade modern-day classic that dares to show Roddy's true acting ability. Well, he wrestles with the role a bit. Hehehe!
