We're still not sure why the heck this fictional shot-on-video motorcycle film was ever made, but it involves the storyline of three male bike enthusiasts overhearing a radio D.J. announce a huge first place prize to the winner of this everything goes Cannonball-like rally race for motorcycles. Of course, our three hapless heroes enter the race, but what makes this laughable, is the complete lack of budget on this schlock 2-part mess-terpiece. At times, it looks like the rally racers are reaching speeds up to nearly 30 mph in places!! Hahahaa!! Also, some street bikes are in the group of racers along with a side-car bike, even though most of the race takes place in cross country off-road stuff. Stupid set-pieces include a scene where all the racers drive over the roof of a car for no reason, while the owner of the car is inside taking a nap. Another brilliant moment is when you see one of the racers lay down his bike on a dirt mountain road, yet the next scene shows the bike back on it's wheels jumping solo straight off a cliff. Dumb Z-Grade asinine entertainment that will definitely make you laugh, especially if you ever participated in an off-road race in your life. And lord knows why they split this completely unknown release up into 2 VHS tapes since the runtime is under 30m for each cassette. At least at the beginning, there is some decent footage of vintage motocross bikes in action from the early 80s. We have watched this twice so far, and it makes me laugh and shake my head in disbelief more each time. Perhaps an underground schlock classic in the making?
