Currently, we accept payment by credit cards via PayPal at the Z-Grade web site.

the following forms: PERSONAL CHECK & MONEY ORDER (payable in U.S. funds).
PLEASE NOTE: Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds
to clear our bank for approx. 10 days before we ship any merchandise.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless we inform you otherwise. All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS for both domestic and international packages. We are not responsible
for international packages that are held up in customs. The buyer assumes all risk
in regards to their own country's customs department.
NOTE: CA residents are charged 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping rates are calculated as a simple flat-rate charge per order:

MEXICO & CANADA: $ 10.00
PLEASE NOTE: The simple flat-rate shipping charge applies only per order regardless of the quantity of items. However, we cannot combine orders after checkout, so plan accordingly when finalizing your items for checkout on our web site. We ship exclusively via USPS for both domestic and international packages.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped and that includes new and used items. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. Any item that is still sealed can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Any opened item can only be returned if the item is defective. All returns can be initiated by emailing orders@zgrade.com within 30 days of initial delivery of the item. Please reference the order # and the item(s) that are to be returned.
